  1. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BROTHER! Hopefully your shin injury is gone. Do not stop burning calories, do some intensity cross training like spin class (Biking intervals), insanity workout, running in the pool, or anything that will effectively make you strong and powerful with your running fitness. Victory has it’s high price to pay. Enjoy your Birthday Celebration.
