11 Dynamic Stretching Drills for Runners

Hey guys wanted to share to you this video about running drill that you might want to add to your workouts.

These running drills are great for improving your running form and running economy. Incorporate these dynamic exercises into your warm up.

  1. High Knees (swing arms high)
  2. Butt kicks (swing arms high)
  3. High Skips (explode up-high from the ground)
  4. Straight legged bounce
  5. Carioca Drill (snap the legs in front)
  6. Lunges
  7. Calf Raises
  8. Heel Walk
  9. Running backwards (kick backwards)
  10. Strides (focusing in high knees)
  11. Strides (focusing in cadence)
